Rene Popovits

René has a 25+ year carreer covering corporate banking, real estate development, sales and distribution across North Central and South America. He has obtained several key leaderships positions during his career such as CEO and CAFO as co-founder at Redbrick a family fund and real estate development company, co-head director in finance and treasury at Grupo Comex, the largest paint group in Mexico, and also assisted in several key positions as SVP and VP in corporate and commercial banking at leading global financial institutions at Citibank, Banamex and California Bank. René received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from UNAM as well as MBA studies from ITAM in Mexico City.
